Shipping policy

We ship to most destinations worldwide. Should there be any issues with shipping to your location, we will contact you before your order is shipped. We aim to handle and ship all orders within 2 working days. 

We offer free shipping to all orders above 500 SEK (approximately 50 USD) or equivalent. For orders below 500 SEK, the shipping fee will be calculated based on your address. You will have the opportunity to review and approve it prior to payment. 

Shipments within Sweden are sent with PostNord or FedEx. Shipments outside Sweden are shipped with FedEx. Delivery takes up to 7 days in Sweden and 14 days worldwide, but often less. 

We provide a tracking link as soon as the artwork is shipped or else will do our best to keep you updated on the shipping status if a tracking link is not available. You can always reach out to us to inquire about the status of your delivery.  

All artworks are shipped from Sweden and include EU VAT.

We do not charge you for import duties or applicable taxes outside of the EU; instead, your shipping carrier will forward the invoice for those charges to you separately. Such charges are the recipient's responsibility and vary from country to country. This can also affect the delivery timescale, which is out of our control. Duties and taxes cannot be recovered if a work is returned to us.
